FORM festival is headed back to Arcosanti, Arizona, from October 9–11. Bringing another carefully assembled lineup to one of the country's most distinctive music destinations. This year's bill features Lorde, Geese, Adrianne Lenker, Blood Orange, Kamasi Washington, Turnstile, Disclosure and dozens more artists spanning indie rock, jazz, electronic and experimental music.
Known for its intentionally intimate atmosphere, FORM welcomes just 2,500 attendees each year, creating a festival experience unlike any other. That small capacity means fans will catch Lorde in one of the most intimate performances of her career, while Adrianne Lenker is set to deliver her only solo performance of 2026. The weekend also shines a spotlight on adventurous rising artists including ear, James K, Underscores, Dylan Brady and New York rock outfit YHWH Nailgun.
Since its beginnings in 2014 as a free celebration hosted by festival founder Zach Tetreault and his band Hundred Waters, FORM has evolved into one of America's most thoughtfully curated boutique festivals. The striking architecture of Arcosanti and the festival's limited attendance gives every performance a uniquely personal feel.
New for 2026, Spotify joins FORM to introduce a Fresh Finds stage dedicated to emerging independent musicians, with the lineup to be announced in the coming months. The Envelop Stage will once again host immersive, extended performances throughout the weekend from artists including Christopher Willits and Tycho, while USAL returns with guided hikes and wellness programming across the festival grounds.
FORM continues its tradition of offering a single all-access ticket for every guest. After Tier 1 and Tier 2 passes sold out within minutes of going on sale in March, organizers have released a very limited final allotment of tickets alongside the full lineup announcement.
